Thank you for all your prayers, love, and support. It made the day much easier. Annabel has been in a lot of pain and it was very difficult for her to give up to rest. I feel like I will be on patrol tonight, so more tomorrow.
This is the story of adopting my second daughter from China. I grew up with two sisters. I always told people that God knew I was going to need more than one, so he gave me two. I want my daughter to have the same opportunities of knowing the love and bond between sisters.

Thank goodness we are home!
The surgery took longer than I thought and recovery even longer, but we are home and the girls are asleep in my bed and I just wanted to send a quick update.

So glad you are finally home and semi in bed. :) I know these next couple of days will be hard. Be strong! The reward will be your newest daughter being able to hear your voice. :) Ship them next door by the weekend and SLEEP!!
XOXO!
or...send them to Holly! ;)
I am so happy to hear you are home and snuggled in!! I will be hoping that Annabel's pain gets smaller and smaller, and that her hearing gets better and better! Now is your time to SHINE and BOND. Treat her like a baby. Wait on her hand and foot. Rock her. Yes - rock her! Please keep us posted on how the hearing is. Love from snowy and blowy Colorado, Holly
