Grace has been practicing the Star Spangled Banner forever. We have to sing it in the car all the time. Now she and her cousins have been practicing every patriotic song you can imagine! We plan to march in the Winnetka Heights 4th of July parade, so the girls have decorated a bike, a scooter, and the wagon Poppa bought recently. They are so excited and wanted to plan their outfits for tomorrow too. I read the email I had received about the event, which included that there would be a bounce house/water slide. That was the clincher. They have chosen the parade, a picnic, and the bounce house/water slide over a trip to NorthPark and seeing Wall E! I just wish it would rain!
