As we were trying to get ready to leave for China, the decision on what to do with our 2 dogs suddenly became critical. The little one, Nina, suddenly began biting anyone and everyone.
We were concerned on how Annabel would react to the dogs since Nina seemed extremely high strung.
When you are at the point of the planning you are already so broke but took Nina to a specialist who found she was low on thyroid. Medicine was prescribed and seems to have made a big difference.
On Saturday, Grace could not wait for me to get the dogs home. I found the phrase book and tried to ask Annabel if dogs scared her. (not a traditional phrase in the phrase book!)
We felt like she would be okay and I went to get the dogs.
When we got home, Annabel immediately took to Nina, carrying her around, laying down on the ground to pet her and things are going well.

Ahhhhhhhhh ... that is so sweet! We need to see a photo to go with the story. I remember the first time Irene met our dog Cosmos, she climbed RIGHT UP her Daddy in total and complete terror! LOL! She has become friends with Cos, who is the best Kid Dog ever EVER. I love hearing all these details of your new life at home! Keep them coming! Love from Colorado -Holly
